SoftOne Technologies Ltd, a leading company in Software Development and IT services, is looking for an HR & Payroll Consultant to join HR Consulting Team in Nicosia, Cyprus. The candidate will be responsible for:
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide consulting expertise for HR & Payroll software
- Provide guidance on business processes based on understanding of key functions within HR including Payroll
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR & Payroll problems/failures for both customers and partners and update ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Design, develop and deliver end user training
- Provide presentation of HR and Payroll software to prospect clients
Qualifications & Skills
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or relevant field
- A 3+ years of Experience in position of HR/PAYROLL will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent customer-oriented skills
- A team player with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of English language
