Through this new investment, SoftOne further strengthens its leading position in the Greek IT software and cloud services market, expediting its entry into the accounting services sector. <\/p>\n<p>Prosvasis was founded in 2005 and, through multi-level operations, has managed to gain an extensive <strong>clientele consisting of more than 4.500 accounting firms<\/strong>. Apart from developing accounting management solutions, the company also provides comprehensive support services by organising seminars and one-day events, as well as publishing books on accounting and tax issues. <\/p>\n<p>As <strong>Mr. Antonis Kyriazis<\/strong>, SoftOne\u2019s CEO, noted: &#8220;<em>Through the acquisition of Prosvasis, one of the most robust accounting software companies in Greece, we are on track with the goal we have set, which is to assist today\u2019s businesses to transform the way they operate.
